Acceptable Use Policy

1. Safety

• Sexual or NSFW content. Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive depictions, fetish content, or content intended to be sexually gratifying.
• Minor safety violations. Any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful depiction of a minor, or anyone who appears to be under 18.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual deepfakes, revenge pornography, or sexualized depictions of real identifiable people.
• Self-harm and violence. Content that promotes, instructs, encourages, or facilitates suicide, self-injury, violent acts, weapons misuse, terrorism, violent extremism, or operational support for violent organizations.
• Human exploitation. Human trafficking, sexual violence, coercion, extortion, grooming, sextortion, or other exploitative conduct.

2. Civility

• Threats, harassment, bullying, abuse, or incitement of violence against any person or group.
• Hate speech, slurs, dehumanization, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Gratuitous violence, extreme gore, torture, mutilation, or abuse.
• Content intended to shock, disturb, harass, or intimidate another person.
• Deceptive misinformation likely to harm public health, public safety, elections, civic participation, or emergency response.

3. Integrity

• Fraud and scams. Phishing, credential theft, spam, deception, fake documents, cheating, or schemes designed to defraud or mislead others.
• Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation. Content that misleads people about who said or did something, or that uses a real person's likeness or voice to defame, harass, deceive, or exploit them.
• Face-swap and identity substitution. Oakgen does not offer face-swap services. You may not use any tool combination to substitute one real person's face, body, likeness, or identity onto another person.
• Voice cloning without consent. You may clone your own voice or a third-party voice only with explicit permission. Celebrity, public-figure, political, fraudulent, harassing, deceptive, sexual, or defamatory impersonation is prohibited.

4. Dignity, Rights, and Consent

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, reference materials, names, likenesses, voices, trademarks, copyrighted works, and other materials you use. Before using Oakgen, you must have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required for your Input and intended Output use.

Voice cloning requires consent confirmation. If a voice does not belong to you, you must have explicit permission from the person whose voice is used. Oakgen may request proof, restrict the feature, remove content, suspend accounts, or report abuse where required.

5. Compliance, Security, and Criminality

• Do not use Oakgen in violation of applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, provider terms, payment processor requirements, or Oakgen's Terms of Use.
• Do not create or facilitate illegal or regulated goods or services, including weapons, controlled substances, trafficking, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
• Do not collect, expose, infer, or misuse personal, sensitive, confidential, biometric, financial, health, or payment information.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, extract model behavior, bypass rate limits, disable safeguards, jailbreak prompts, or circumvent Oakgen's moderation systems or provider-level safety controls.

6. Enforcement

Oakgen may block requests, refuse outputs, remove shared content, revoke credits spent on violating generations, restrict specific tools or models, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report violations to providers, payment processors, law enforcement, or other authorities where appropriate or required by law.

7. Report Abuse

To report violating content or misuse, contact safety@oakgen.ai with the content URL, share link, user details if known, and a short explanation of the issue.
